Did anyone see the repayments calculator? �1425pm on a 35 year 4.6% standrd tracker!! Who the fuck is handing out 4.6% trackers (a 0.35% margin over ECB and lower than deposit rates)?

So the price has dropped by over 20%, and they'd still have to drop another 30ish% to give a gross rental yield of 6% by my reckoning. I wonder if they stuck the prices up so they could advertise reductions.
