What stat are you looking at? I only see Dublin rents going up.

On the rental side it's the typical Q4 event of a slight increase in inventory and a slight dip in asking prices.

Yep, noticed that. Some evidence of a seasonal asking price dip on the sales side also.

This pattern - visible to the naked eye - is really something the CSO should adjust for in the RPPI.

Ditto for the ESRI/RTB rental price index.

Looks like rental asking prices are flatlining . There is only so far rents can be pushed. Fairly standard to see two couples looking to rent 2 bed apartments in many areas.

Harder to know which direction property prices will go
