3/4 bed Victorian job in a quiet corner of Fairview. 1400 sq ft. No garden.

Similar but 200 sq ft smaller house across the road went for 575k in August.

looks like its sale agreed now. any idea on the price?

agreed its a nice quiet area. close to town without having to pay the ranelagh/ballsbridge prices.

the gardens seem tiny though- paticularly on that side of the road (both front and back)

Asking for a friend... :x

I would have thought that the houses on waverly road were much larger. Maybe the one i know has been extended. Lovely houses, Terrible for parking and non existent gardens.
