Drove by this last night to just check it out. Ended up parking in the adjacent street as this road was chockers & this is holiday season. Its a terraced Red Brick, nicely finished, but the guts off 700k,

Am I mad thinking that it would be nice to park your car outside your house if you are forking out that kind of lolly.

That is a substantial house, beautifully finished and in a good area.

Is it worth €695,000? I don't know.

Should it be in the worst value house in Ireland thread? No!

I often see these houses, think they're gorgeous & wonder is it awkward to turn the gardens in to driveways ? Do you need planning permission ?

Love this house. Obviously parking is an issue but it has serious curb appeal, finished to a very high standard, on a quiet street in a highly sought after area. Deffo doesn't deserve to be in this thread.

Have you ever been there? It's a one way residential street and not a rat run. Right beside the village too, a great location.

Without a shadow of a doubt, yes.

This one has been up for a year but still amusing for the fact that it appears the house has been split in two (War of the Roses style).

They want 190k. You can get a house around the corner for 180k and another in the same estate is sale agreed having been asking 220k.
