Just making a thread for daftwatch. This might be a useful thread if daftwatch undergoes on of its rare downtimes and people start feeling withdrawl symtoms. I know... I know, It's sooooo hard not being able to make sure there hasn't been a spike on daft every 30 seconds.

Anyway, onwards with the introduction:

Welcome!

Since so many people are using the easily accessible inventory figures on Daft.ie as a possible indicator of the state of the Irish property market, here are graphs of the number of properties listed on that site for sale and rent. The "main" graphs are updated hourly, with the county, international, commercial and price graphs updated overnight. Data prior to 2006-10-24 was provided by whizzbang - thanks!

This page is not connected with, or approved by, Daft.ie. It may not even be accurate, but I've tried my best! I'm not likely to expand this to much more detail since it's unofficial, and we don't want to upset the lovely people at Daft.ie :)

Does anyone have a link for any economic reports in which Daftwatch was referenced - I remember an ESRI one mentioning it a few years ago
