Still is way overpriced at 399k. I know someone who looked at that house and there are issues with access to road, right of way through the property, overlooking from neighbouring houses, and the condition of the house. Its seemingly very old although renovated in seventies. A survey was done and it has plenty of problems / would be as cheap to knock. It has a sea view but you can get other sites, and houses, with a sea view for a lot less. Some property prices have a long way to fall yet.
