That planning permission for the mews development could potentially be worthless... Would assume ALL neighbours for whom the planning is granted would need to proceed with the build together, which I imagine would be highly unlikely (no funds?). I wouldn't think a single owner could build 'their' mews individually...

Open to correction here... Thoughts?
