Or there is this house for £450k (3713 sq ft as opposed to 4180)? Is No 10 worth double the price for an 10% of space?

23 Coldwater Lakes may have a low asking price to get a few punters interested and then let the bidding war commence?
As may 10 Coldwater Lakes? Price seems low for a Soprano-esque trophy house.

What is Saggart like? It looks very close to Tallaght.

Number 10 now down to 850k. Not a hope of getting this, considering one of the neighbours (23) sold a similar sized house on a slightly smaller plot for 400K.

I'm going out on a limb and calling 23 a bargain at 400k..... I feel dirty!!!

No sale on register.

This kind of media coverage doesn't help trying to shift a house...
