For Sale sign in garden of No.40 has now been changed to sale agreed
I also noticed a crane has been erected for the cablelink site works, they seem to have started. Looked like the crane may have been positioned in the garden of 38, hard to tell exactly from the street

Looks like 36 & 38 will be demolished.

Neither on the protected structures list.
