I do not understand people like this.

The effective price drop from June to November is €140K - from €835,000 - to €695,000 - 16.77%.

What if they had priced the house at €695,000 in June rather than waiting 6 months and two price drops?

The vendors have only created an expectation that there will be further price drops rather than looking to sell at a realistic price initially.

Incidentally, I drove by this house a few weeks ago. It is in the centre of a terrace with on-street parking, north facing, very small front garden, near Kimmage Road, not that attractive and not worth €695,000, let alone a higher price. I think a much larger semi-detached house on the same road sold recently for a slightly higher price than €695,000.

Went to open viewing of this today EA said it was only on the market!

Must say they have done a beautiful job on the house, but it's very small the attic is converted into a room and splash room that could only be used if your under 5ft 5

Will still struggle to get any where near asking price and can't believe that they looked for €1.1m a few years ago

1.1m for a 3 bed terraced house in an ok part of the city. Were things really that mental? That's pretty unbelievable although 545k is still pricey enough.
