The owner LOVES pine thats for sure, agree with the posts there's more going against this house than for it... the price drops prove it!

How much did they put into the property ?

With a BER of D2, does it suggest only cosmetic issues were addressed ?

I have no interest in it, but I do remember seeing it on the market at the time and I certainly don't recall it being a wreck, so I'd hazard a guess that they did absolutely nothing - at most they changed that bathroom where the bath is, but that could have been done by the previous owners. Price is less than 100% more than what they paid, so it isn't the biggest rise out there, but they paid too much in the first place for it IMO and they haven't a hope at 825k if there's any sanity left out there. What an awful house.

No sale listed since 2014.

Now in 2016, new listing at 695k, quite a drop since 2014 (since when prices have generally been rising)?
