It is a smaller site than I realised for these houses (hence why a 3,500 sq ft house looks so big on its plot).
The issue here of course is the imminent new development (mentioned in earlier threads) which will be looking right into the back gardens of these three pretty houses (and may affect south light as well). Last chance to see this before it starts.
I heard talk of the buyers of the old Cablelink building (behind) thinking of buying 36 Herbert Park to get frontage onto the Herbert Park Road but can't see that happening.
