Felicity Fox seems to be a magnet for these "modern houses" in old neighbourhoods!

Corrected links:

1 Brighton View, Harrison Row, Rathgar, Dublin 6

http://www.myhome.ie/residential/brochu ... n-6/407211

€1,400,000

Listed as 372 m2

3 Brighton View, Harrison Row, Rathgar, Dublin 6

http://www.myhome.ie/residential/brochu ... -6/1247618

€1,500,000

Listed as 359 m2

I think number 3 is larger than number 1. It certainly looks like it from the outside and has a larger plot size.

Number 1 certainly is not 4,000 square feet.

It is not possible to tell from the crappy floor plans. But I think number 3 has a dormer window on the third floor and the overall building is slightly wider with a terraced area that is not being counted in floor space.

Number 3 is slightly more practical as it has a car port that extends to the back, meaning you actually have two car spaces.

Number 3 dropped price first and numbers 1 and 2 followed grudgingly.

How much more?

However, all previous reservations stand.

Can you believe it, it's finally sale agreed on Myhome!

Only the pick of the bunch, number 3, left to go.

Is the title of this thread wrong now? Shouldn't it be -47% rather than -39%? It started at 1.925 million and sold for 1.025 million. That is a drop of (1.925-1.025)/1.925 = 46.7%.

It was #3 that sold for 1.025m, wasn't it (see earlier in thread).
Or did #1 too?

Mambo - Yes I get it now --- the thread talks about #3 as well as #1 and I missed that.
