Has anyone even been to see it?
It seems to be listed, unedited, on myhome.ie for over a year.
I have emailed the EA twice but got no replies (haven't tried calling them yet).
I'm wondering if its even still for sale. And if so...
Surely the price must be significantly changed at this stage or else the owners must just not want to sell it!!

I'd say your better off ringing tbh - they don't always change the status of the houses online and then sometimes forget to take it down or update a new price.

They might still want to sell if you show interest... worth a try!

i contacted the estate agent about this house and she said its been taken off the market due to "family circumstances". why they left it on daft i have no idea.
