Saw this when it was on view back in 2012 so was interesting to see it featured in the Sunday Times "Move" section last weekend.
Current owners have certainly enhanced it since then. Looks sensibly priced in the current market.

retaining a BER of G after works have been completed suggests the refurb is purely cosmetic and done on the cheap.
even if this isnt the case i would imagine many a buyer would think along these lines and treat it with suspicion.

Exactly my thoughts Bobs.

It doesn't appear that the layout has changed either. If I bought it I would knock the side extension and re-build it. Then adding in insulation, new windows, re-wiring and re-plumbing I probably wouldn't get much change from €300k.
