I have a little help from Google. Just search for "23 Silchester Park" (with the quotes) and this thread shows up.

€350/sq ft

Will be interesting to see what happens with this one, compared to the others in Silchester that were discussed recently.

Can't see this one hanging around long.

Wrong side of the road, but has the communal area, and is ready to live in.

Went to the open house today (which was packed) and the finish on this house is excellent. It feels more spacious than the other Silchester semi-d design (with the attached garage) and the garden is a very good size (making the aspect less relevant). I heard that #139, which needs work, refused an offer of 450k so I think this one will go for very close to asking, very quickly.

Have to say we were pretty put off by the huge flood lights at the end of the garden...from the tennis courts - will be a really big feature in the winter! (maybe some people wont mind it at all)
Also one of the bedrooms is miniscule - has a cot in it at the moment, a single bed will take up pretty much all of the space.
And as my 6ft1 hubby pointed out the attic conversion (bedroom) is not for tall people - he had to bend sideways on the stairs (not a problem for shprt-arses like me) ;-)

However the house is in great nic and really nicely done up.
The conservatory out the back is a really great feature.
