That's why I like my new place, where rent is still high vs salaries, but they build a lot and rental stock quality is so much better. Oh ye and no viewings with 30+ people...
I can't find the figure now, but Wrocław built around 12000 apartments in last 12 months and 990 in September... As I wrote in different thread: cranes, lots of cranes everywhere - skyscrappercity count is 188 (1mln metro area). What can wrong?
