Another bad case, she seperated from her husband, remortgaged and then could never afford to pay the mortgage. Where's the husband's liability in this?

And it turns out she hasn't paid the mortgage for 5 years...! What does she want?

It is tough watching this. Especially the woman who lost her house through separation.

Yep, that case was trying to tug at the heart strings. Found it funny that she thought that she shouldn't be liable for payments for house after it was taken back despite the fact that she is still living in it.

BIG Fianna Fail head this guy is.

Took a case against DCC over the handling of a planning application and won.

Allegedly runs an illegal concrete plant that has been in existence for too long for the Council to take any action allegedly

Very quick in the past to have his FF buddies write representations on his behalf when investigations were carried out into his alleged illegal developments.

Powerful stuff. Did Billy Flynn say they'd be lucky to get €30Bn. out of the €80Bn.? I hope NAMA are watching.

I feel sorry for the workers but the speculators had their good times. They didn't feel sorry for anyone in the boom times.

+1.. And as for the guy who bought so much property.. Well it was guys like him who helped create any shortage and demand which pushed up the price of property for everyone else.. Their greed knew no bounds.

What has this got to do with 'after the goldrush' It was re-mortgaged in '99, Nurney in Carlow, how much would that have been for? Marriage broke up 7 years ago and things have been going downhill since then. Even if the good times had continued this woman would still be in trouble.

Ah for fuck sake, calling out names on the show. What is it, some version of a fucking talent show. Nobody needed to see that to understand the gravity of the situation.

I would assume the owner and staff agreed to do that.
