Ikea?

Had there been an IKEA in Norn Iron at the time, I'm sure Mr Sands and his ilk would have considered it a "legitimate target"and the innocent shoppers "collateral damage".

Maybe those legal brains of New Beginnings could offer Theresa McGuinness some assistance in her battle against McFeeley. Aren't New Beginnings on the side of the little guy after all?

But oh no, wait a minute. New Beginnings are a bunch of Shinners and could not be seen to be going against one of their own. Hypofuckingcrits.

It is like waiting for a Dublin bus - when suddenly the 4, 41, 7, etc etc all fly past.

Mr McFeely faces a bankruptcy hearing in Ireland on 23 July, where the court will have to deal with the "knotty issue" of if it has jurisdiction or if it still rests with the UK courts. http://www.rte.ie/news/2012/0615/tom-mc ... urned.html

Anyone know if this went ahead?

This is the interesting bit!

In a separate case, the Circuit Court granted NAMA repossession of the house on Ailesbury Road in Dublin 4 where Mr McFeely’s wife Nina and two of the couple's children live.
They were given until the end of this month to move out.

The kids must only know him as an "Irish Developer"* - they'd never believe the fat prick was a hunger striker!

Why doesn't he go around robbing post offices like he used to?

Because robbing the buyers of Priory Hall apartments was more lucrative, and easier to get away with.

Well done to Ms. Theresa McGuinness.
Would love to hear her being interviewed about this saga.
Quote:
Ms McGuinness argued that Mr McFeely had lived and traded in Dublin for 20 years and his companies were registered at an address on Holles Street.
She said his home address was at Ailesbury Road in Dublin and this was also where his wife and two youngest children lived.
In an affidavit sworn in circuit court proceedings, his wife, Nina McFeely said that she had lived with her husband there since 2001 although he had spent time in England.
Ms McGuinness also argued that he had continued to be involved in his company Coalport, which is registered here, and that he owed significant debts to NAMA - around €200 million euro.
She said that in company documents filed by him in the UK in the past few years, Mr McFeely declared himself to be Irish and living in Ireland.
