there is a huge lesson in this. never rely rely on anyone else to tell you what is happening.

the banks are hoping that they can swoop to take back the property at no cost to them.

how stupid does someone have to be to invest and borrow for major development in somewhere like sligo ?

all filan had to do was buy property in london ( didnt matter when he bought ) , pay someone to manage it for him and he was set up for life

it was suicidal what he did in its dumbness
