Surely the EA is losing the run of himself. I'm positive on the property market in Dublin but this is crazy stuff.

I agree - ok It's 4 bedroom in a decent area, no mention of size so can't even see how much the €650k price tag works out at per sq m.
Wonder why the seller would spend all that money getting the attic and extension done it looks pretty new and then try sell it? Seems crazy to me.

House around the corner had an asking of €385k - it's sale agreed and is obviously not in the same condition but a difference of nearly €300k is alot.

A house along here that could well have been the basis for the renovation sold for about 325 last year some time.

That particular EA are a useless shower anyway.

Maybe these EA are not so useless after all. Alternatively they are useless and are just selling property cheap. Please select one of the options
