 Post subject: Massive derelict site on Botanic Rd in Phibsboro for sale

Was wondering when this massive site old Smurfit printing works on Botanic Rd. was going to come on the market, saw the for sale sign today.(a bit slow on uptake)

Room for 3 or 4 massive apt blocks or office blocks

sites like this dont come on the market every day
