I seem to remember a couple of guys in a Scottish office of an Irish company getting caught a year or so ago, but that's about it ?
the public don't generally get to know (or care) when they do find something (all you'll prob. hear is that they resigned for whatever reason), and do the right thing.....but something goes wrong (and no evidence to suggest the auditors should have found it), and you have gaybo ranting on the 9 o'clock news!
