This flat was asking €5,000 for a while, as discussed here:

Now it has dropped to €3,000:

How do you know what the inside looked like Jack!

3 bed penthouse apartment in Mount Merrion/Booterstown for 1850 pm. Both apartments probably roughly the same size.

I was willing to pay 5k per month for this "exclusive penthouse apartment" but unfortunately it was too "exclusive" and they rejected me.

This property disappeared for a while, but it is now on again, reduced to €1800:

It's definitely the same property, as I have checked the photos, and the decor is exactly the same.

So down from €5000 to €1800, I wonder will there be any takers now?
