My granny lived there and they are incredably small. I can't believe that the place has 5 bed rooms. They must have split two rooms into four.
the location is excellent but by God don't swing your cat.

That's insane. Those houses are small 3 beds. By their original price, that works out at nearly €700+ for half a bedroom, a single about this size. The location may be good but there is plenty of cheaper & more modern accommodation in the area.

There's plenty of fine print there, but in my experience that request isn't rare or completely unreasonable. Not that it would necessarily be obeyed by many people :)
