In 2000, "Melrose" alone was asking €666k (£525k)

great location but very toppy now considering ... roundabout opposite too ..

Why is it a great location? Surely it would be better on the other side of the M50, in Sandyford proper. I regard this side as Leopardstown.

Are there much facilities there (besides the Luas), like schools, supermarkets, etc?
