Todays BBC news has highlighted the euro at a 4 year low against sterling with further drops of up too 10% predicted in coming months good news for buyers north of the border heading south!

I see shit reporters aren't confined to the Independent - "Predicted" by whom?

Any expected/predicted falls would be priced in

(not that I'm complaining about the rate)

We'll that's it so ... the 2% hike in VAT is no longer feasible to absorb in the face of exchange rate such as this which is going to cause a lot of retail even more hardship as many import so much from the UK. I include myself in that pot as customers are becoming more severely price sensitive and this is not going to change anytime soon by the looks of it. Not in this decade me thinks.... :|
